Great bag, it has a bottom so much better than the envelope bags that are on the school shop. It arrived quickly and exactly what I asked for (I made a request to change a colour and it was all done perfectly). Would definitely buy again from here when needed.

Received and within a week of using the writing starting peeling not happy contacted customer service they were very rude and didn’t help with my complaint so be careful when ordering cos if there’s something wrong you won’t get a refund or a replacement. Disgusting service

Writing is smaller than expected
Excellent service. The bags I ordered arrived quickly and I’d made a special request in the notes section which had been noted and applied to my order. The material feels a lot nicer than one I ordered from someone else a few years back. Overall I am super happy!
I loved the material of the bags and in the notes section I made a special request (for a different colour) and they did this without any fuss - I was really impressed. I think it was good value for money and I’m really happy with the two personalised book bags I received.
